Great building. Clean. Well kept. Friendly. Live in Superintendant is a bonus and all staff are great. All ages from 40 up. Good sized condos. Lots of space. Large balconies. Great amenities. Excellent access to the building and excellent visitor parking. Spacious garage parking. Nothing is missing. Love the Halcyon.

Condo sitting for friend. Place is a disaster... reassures me to never buy a condo. Renos going on no reserve $" so people have to fork out quite a bit of money quite often... One time it was somewhere around 30K to fix windows
